Payoff Options
- The Payoff Options page is where the "What If" part of the application runs.
- Data is first entered using the Account Details page then processes here.
Early Payoff Sorting:
- Highest interest rate first
- Largest amount owed first
- Smallest amount owed first
- Highest monthly payment first
- Custom sort order
Early Payoff Options:
- Extra Monthly Pmt:
- Based on the sort this extra amount is added to the minimum payment amount.
- The extra payment amount does not change through the payoff period.
- Allows you to payoff debt early and reduce cash out flow as you go.
- Fixed Payments of:
- Fastest way to pay off debt.
- Allows you to rollover paid debt to other debt payments.
- Overall payment amount stays the same until all debt is paid off.
- The fixed payment amount must be at least combined total of minimum payments.
- Payoff in x Months:
- Allows you to payoff debt in a fixed number of months.
- Calculations are based on the same method as fixed payments.
- ccPremium will show you what the payments need to be to achieve your goal.
- Start Date:
- Allows you to set the start date.
- Default start date is the current month.
Current Debt List:
- List of current debts being processed.
- Also shows what the minimum payment amounts are.
- After pressing the Calculate button the list is resorted to requested sort order.
Quick Results:
- Provides a summary to show savings in time and money.
- This ia a consolidated view of all debts.
- To see individual debts use Results Summary Screen.
